Greek Lamb Chops

Yield: 4     (serving size: 2 lamb chops)

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. bottled minced garlic

1 tbsp. dried oregano

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

8 (4 oz.) lamb loin chops, trimmed

cooking spray

  1. Preheat broiler to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine first (5) ingredients; rub over both sides of chops. place chops on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
