Salmon with Orange Marmalade

Yield: 4     (serving size: 4 1/2 oz.)

1/4 cup sugar-free orange marmalade

2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 (1 1/2 lbs.) salmon fillet

1/4 tsp. salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine first (3) ingredients, stirring with whisk. Place salmon on rack of broiler pan lined with foil; sprinkle fillet venly with salt. Spread half o marmalade mixture over fillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Remove from oven. Spread remaining marmalade mixture evenly over fish
  3. Preheat broiler. Broil fish 3 minutes or until topping browns.
