Lemon Broccolini

Yield: 4 servings

1 lb. broccolini

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. grated lemon rind

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

1 garlic clove, minced

  1. Steam broccolini, covered 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle over broccolini; toss well to coat.
