Maple-Chili Glazed Salmon

Yield: 4     (serving size: 1 salmon fillet)

2 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ancho chile powder

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. Splenda Brown sugar Blend

1 tsp. sea salt

4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets

cooking spray

1 tsp. maple syrup

  1. Preheat broiler to 475 degrees. Place a large cast iron skillet coated with cooking spray in oven.
  2. Combine first (5) ingredients. Sprinkle fish with salt; rub with paprika mixture.
  3. Remove skillet from oven and re-coat with cooking spray. Place fish on skillet and return to oven. Broil at 475 degrees for 7 minutes. Drizzle fish with syrup; broil 30-45 seconds or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
