Orange Teriyaki Salmon

Yield: 4 servings

3 tbsp. orange juice

2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp. rice vinegar

1 tbsp. honey

2 tsp. bottled ground ginger

1 tsp. bottled minced garlic

4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Combine first (6) ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, basting occasionally with sauce.
