WOW!! This is a fabulous dip for apples. Breast feeding a 4 month old and training for marathon #12 racks up quite an appetite with very little time to satisfy it. This is so easy to make and very filling when paired with an apple. You can use all nut-butter if you don’t have Better N’Peanut Butter.
1 (15.5 oz) can Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
2 tbsp. almond or cashew butter
2 tbsp. Better N’ Peanut Butter
6 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. agave syrup or honey
9 drops liquid stevia
3 tbsp. flax seed meal
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (such as AdvoCare’s Muscle Gain)
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
dash salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
